Guide\Train teams in understanding CMMi

Guide\Train teams in understanding the QMS

Facilitate PMS to define\tailor processes for their project.

Audit Project Managers for process compliance

Track non-compliances to closure

Timely and accurate reporting

Timely escalations

Attend kick-offs and team meetings

Suggest process improvements

Collect and Analyze data

Share analysis with project teams

Assist PMs to conduct root cause analysis

Perform gap analysis against the CMMi model

Identify and share best practices

Foresee project risks

Conduct work-product reviews whenever feasible
